Premium Grass-Finished Beef - $18.00 per kilo - 110kg = $1980.00

How it Works - We ask for a deposit to hold your share of beef. We invoice for the final amount once the butcher give us the final weight. The purchase price is the initial deposit (NOT THE FULL AMOUNT) The full price including all details, is outlined below.

Once we have locked in a Processing Date, we can give you an approximate date when it will be ready. We will need the initial deposit to secure your share of beef, and the week of pickup/delivery we will email the invoice for the remaining confirmed weight. And give you an exact day of delivery, or pick up. The beef is fresh. so this will need to happen within 2 -3 days of beef being ready from processor.

The average amount of Beef in ½ Beef Box is 100 - 110kg. 110kg x $18.00 = $1980.00 approximate final price.

You will need minimum 300litres of freezer space, a chest freezer.

The amount will depend on the weight of the Steer/Heifer being processed. The flavours will change with the Seasons, Weather and Environment the cattle are in at the time.
