Premium Grass-Finished Beef - $19.00 per kilo - 50kg = $950.00

How it Works - We ask for a deposit to hold your share of beef. We invoice for the final amount, once the butcher give us the final weight. The above purchase price is the initial deposit (NOT THE FULL AMOUNT) and the 2nd price is the estimate of the final price before pick up/delivery.

We can give you an approximate date when it will be ready. The week of pickup/delivery we will email the invoice with the balance of the remaining cost, and give you an exact day of delivery, or pick up. The beef is fresh. so this will need to happen within 2 -3 days of beef being ready from processor.

The average amount of Beef in ¼ Beef Box is 40 - 50kg. 50kg x $19.00 = $950.

    The final amount will depend on the weight of the Steer/Heifer being processed. The flavours will change with the Seasons, Weather and Environment the cattle are grazing in at the time.
